Refund policy

1. Our 90-day money-back guarantee

We want you to try Ravunio properly. If your first order isn’t right for you, we’ll refund it — even if the pouch has been opened and used.

  • What it covers: your first Ravunio order, whether it was a one-time purchase or the first order of a subscription.
  • Time limit: contact us within 90 days of the date your first order was delivered.
  • Once per customer: the guarantee applies to one order per customer and per delivery address.
  • How to claim: email support@ravunio.com with your order number and the email address you used to order. You don’t need to send the product back.
  • What we refund: the price you paid for the product in that first order. Shipping charges paid on one-time orders are not refunded under this guarantee.
  • Subscriptions: if you claim the guarantee, we’ll also cancel your subscription so you aren’t charged again. The guarantee does not cover later subscription orders.

The guarantee is in addition to your legal rights, which are not affected.

2. Your right to cancel (UK consumers)

You can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by emailing support@ravunio.com. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. For health and hygiene reasons, this 14-day cancellation right only applies to products that are still sealed and unopened. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you pay the cost of returning it. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

3. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any shipping you paid. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. Subscription orders

You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date, from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future orders; it does not refund an order that has already been charged, unless it is covered by section 1, 2 or 3 above. Full details are in our Subscription Policy.

5. How refunds are paid

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of approving your refund. Your bank or card provider may take up to 10 working days to show it on your statement.
