Shipping policy

This policy explains how we process, ship and deliver orders placed on ravunio.com.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Oman.

2. Shipping costs

  • UK – subscription orders: free.
  • UK – one-time orders: £9.00.
  • Oman: calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

The shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Processing time

We process orders within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). During launches or busy periods processing may take longer; if your order is significantly delayed, we’ll email you.

4. Delivery times

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 working days after dispatch.
  • Oman: 7–14 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

5. Tracking

When your order ships we’ll email you a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update. You can also use Track your order.

6. Customs, duties and import rules (Oman)

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices unless stated at checkout and are payable by the recipient. You are responsible for checking that food supplements can be imported into your country.

7. Address details

Please check your delivery address before you order. Once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to change it. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn’t collected, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry an extra shipping charge.

8. Lost or damaged parcels

The parcel is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If it arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven’t received it, email support@ravunio.com with your order number (and photos, if damaged) and we’ll put it right.

9. Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including our 90-day money-back guarantee.
